My paintings reflect happy times in my travels around the world.  I have lived in Australia for years and spend part of my year living there.  I soak up the vibrancy of the bright skies, rich red soils, the Aboriginal history, the modern dayness; all is in my spirit and soul. The Sydney beaches portray fun, being carefree and has a childlike happiness. The Outback has its own richness, loneliness, can be beautiful yet stark. The original British settlers defined the architecture developing a colonial buildings with large wrap around verandas to protect from intense and relentless heat.

In Europe, I revisit Italy with its higgly piggly coloured buildings dotted over hills; a country rich in history and culture, romantic language and food, ingredients for good memories.
